Position : Teaching Assistant
Start Date : September
Pay : £85-£95 per day
Location : Twickenham

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping to create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere conducive to student success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with varying learning needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
- Assist classroom teachers in planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their self-esteem and confidence in their academic abilities.
- Support students with organization, time management, and study skills to help them achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and respect.
Requirements :
- Relevant experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents / carers.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team,
while also demonstrating initiative and independence when required.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and safeguarding.
