SALES MANAGER - STRATFORD
BASIC SALARY + CAR ALLOWANCE + COMMISSION
Looking to join an award winning independent agency?
This is an excellent opportunity to elevate and to take full autonomy of a sales division within a flagship office. This estate agency have been established for just under a decade and are on the search for someone to take over the sales department within their flagship branch.
The role of this manager is to be the main Lister for the office to reach instruction targets, and to bring stock on for the wider team.
Within this role you will still have the opportunity to your team how you see fit alongside support from the directors of the business.
You literally have the keys to the office on this one and make what you will of the opportunity.
The company are renowned for their long-term relationship building, customer service levels and professional presence within east London.
Your role would be vital to build on this already outstanding name.
Situated in a high traffic area the modern office is in the perfect location for any estate agency brand to continue to grow their reputation.
The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary of up to £35, with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of £55,.
Full driver's license and car needed with this position. Working pattern is 5 day working weeks, working a minimum of 1 in 3 Saturday's.
Within this role you earn off of listing bonus, personal commission and office commission!
