Right at Home Sutton and Mid Surrey supports clients in the local community who need care and support in their own home, in order to maintain their independence.
We are looking for Community Care Assistants who live locally, hold a driving license and have access to a vehicle, are flexible and reliable to help us provide the highest level of outstanding care for our Clients.
Right at Home Sutton and Mid Surrey covers the following areas : Wallington, Carshalton, Sutton, Cheam, Epsom, Ewell, Ashtead, Banstead, Walton on the Hill and Tadworth, Leatherhead, Cobham, Chessington and Dorking.
All employees must reside in one of these areas to be considered for employment with us.
Duties will include :
- Personal care
- Administering medication
- Companionship
- Home help
Requirements of a Care Assistant :
- Have a genuine passion to want to help others
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
- Must hold a full and valid UK or EU / EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle
If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA,
Health Care Assistant or in the NHS we would love to hear from you.
However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply, for example : retail sales assistant, customer service, hairdressers / beauticians, receptionist, administrator, cleaners, warehouse workers and delivery drivers.
