The appointed Contentious Probate Solicitor will be dealing with a range of contentious matters, working closely with the wills, trusts, and estates team, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.

- This role involves a full range of contentious probate matters, including executor / administrator disputes, challenges to the validity of wills, trust disputes, Inheritance Act claims,





and Court of Protection disputes.
- You will be expected to be able to independently run your own caseload, as well as assist the team with large cases within the contentious and non-contentious teams.
- You will receive extensive supervision and support from the Head of Department, helping you further develop your knowledge and expertise within the firm’s highly recognised disputes & contentious probate department.
