An outstanding school in Hounslow seeks dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisors to join its vibrant team. This is a part-time or full-time role, offering the opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the school and contributing to a positive learning experience for all students.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide effective cover for teachers in their absence,
ensuring continuity of learning across all year groups and subjects.
- Follow pre-prepared lesson plans and resources, maintaining a stimulating and engaging learning environment for students.
- Supervise and manage student behavior effectively, fostering a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
- Communicate clearly with students, colleagues, and leadership regarding student progress and classroom needs.
- Contribute to a positive school culture by adhering to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding practices.
