Job description
Are you a dedicated Social Worker looking to make a difference in safeguarding children? Join Liverpool’s Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team and be part of a close-knit, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities :
- Work within the MASH, collaborating with representatives from Police, Health, Education, Early Help, and Probation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for professionals seeking advice and making referrals.
- Screen referrals and recommend appropriate levels of intervention.
- Provide advice to professionals when information received does not require a referral or immediate social work / care response.
- Engage in critical and reflective discussions with colleagues to ensure well-informed recommendations.
- Ensure timely action on child protection concerns.
Requirements :
- Hold Social Work England registration.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Possess a full UK driving licence.
- Post-qualified experience.
- Degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
