London are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join them in September 2024 on a full time basis to work with children who have additional needs and need additional nurturing and support to make their school experience as positive as possible!
This is a full time, long term role until at least July 2025. It will start off initially on long term supply and then move onto a permanent contract for the right person.

Experience of supporting any of the following needs would be an advantage :
- ADHD
- Autism (ASD)
- Asperger Syndrome
- Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH)
- Global Delay
- Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
- Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
- Challenging Behaviour
The Ideal Teaching Assistant Would :
- Have a genuine passionate working with children with SEN
- Driven to improve the education and life chances of children and young people
- Be able to support pupils 1 : 1 and in small groups
- Be a positive role model and offer encouragement & promote confidence
- Assist with planning of activities with class teacher & SENCO
- Help with general class teaching assistant duties
