We are now looking for a dedicated Compliance Officer to ensure our organization adheres to all laws, regulations, and policies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of compliance procedures and be able to proactively identify and address potential risks.

The role reports to the Director of Corporate, Legal & Compliance

The role will initially cover UK compliance but will develop into heading up global Group compliance.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.

- Monitor and assess compliance risks, creating strategies to mitigate them.







- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance.

- Provide training on compliance issues to employees.

- Investigate and resolve any violations or issues related to compliance.

- Maintain accurate records of all compliance activities.

- Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or related field required.

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry.

- Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Outstanding communication skills with the ability interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
