Commercial Service Advisor required in Eastbourne, East Sussex!
- Commercial Main Dealer
- Basic salary up to £27,000 + Bonus!
- Monday to Friday only! 08 : 00 - 17 : 30
- NO WEEKENDS
Our client an LCV Main Dealer with over 20 years of Trading, seeking a Commercial Service Advisor for their Service department in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
Our client represents several brands at over 14 locations across the Southeast of England who they have handpicked for their innovation, reliability, and value-for-money.
Our client prides themselves on their customer service with every member of their 350 + team having the customers’ best interests at heart.
They are seeking an experienced automotive service advisor,
ideally with experience using the Pinnacle DMS system, although this is not essential as full training can be provided to assist in their bustling service department.

Duties of a Commercial Service Advisor with our Client
- Attending to customers when dropping off and collecting their vehicles for service / repair.
- Taking accurate notes of the customer's requests and communicating them to the workshop team.
- Keeping customers updated during the day with the progress of their vehicle
- Costing and gaining permission for any additional work found.
- Preparing and presenting the customer invoice and associated paperwork.
- Giving a full explanation to the customer of the work undertaken.
- Presenting service products such as service plans,
extended warranties etc.
What our Client expects of their Commercial Service Advisors
- Experience of working within an automotive Service Advisor role
- IT literate
- Customer focused
- Ability to upsell
- Excellent customer satisfaction skills
- Confident communication skills
- Ideally experience with Pinnacle DMS
- Organisation skills and being able to manage customer appointments.
- Full UK Driving Licence. Preferably Clean
