Salary : Inner London MPS / UPS (£36,745 - £56,959)
Location : London Borough of Islington
Contract type : Full time
Contract term : Permanent

All applicants must have a Qualified Teacher Status awarded by the British Department of Education and a Secondary subject.

PERSON SPECIFICATION RE Teacher
- Must have UK QTS
- Minimum 2 years’ teaching and some leadership experience
- Must have a strong understanding of the British RE curriculum
- Must have experience teaching RE up to KS5
- It would be advantageous if you could teach other humanities subjects for example History and Geography
- You must be able to work effectively within a team of Teachers
- Must be graded Good or Outstanding’ in lesson observations Meeting the Teaching Standards
- Great behaviour management strategies
- Excellent organisation and communication skills to liaise with students, staff, parents and external organisations
- Good GCSEs, A Levels and Degree required
