Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Spanish lessons to primary and secondary students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and progress.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies based on the school curriculum and student needs.
- Assess students' language skills regularly and provide constructive feedback to promote improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver cross-curricular projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and track student progress to ensure individual learning objectives are met.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and behaviour.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Spanish Education or related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience teaching Spanish to primary and / or secondary students.
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish language, grammar, and culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Familiarity with technology and its integration into language instruction.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students succeed.
