About the Role :
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and informative Business lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum.
- Cultivate a stimulating learning environment that fosters critical thinking, problem-solving skills,
and an understanding of key business concepts.
- Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of marketing, finance, accounting, and other relevant business areas.
- Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, as applicable).
- Incorporate real-world examples and case studies to make learning relevant and engaging.
- Play a key role in developing and enhancing the Business curriculum.
- Encourage students to participate in business competitions and extracurricular activities (optional).
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a well-rounded and enriching learning experience for all students.
We Seek a Candidate Who :
- Possesses a valid QTS in Business Studies or a relevant subject area.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of business principles and a passion for inspiring young people.
- Employs a creative and engaging teaching style that fosters a love of learning.
- Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management.
- Enthusiastic about incorporating technology and innovative teaching methods.
