Job purpose :
Lead the entire process in maintaining consultant databases and in structuring AXA IM's answers to DDQs and Requests for Proposals ('RFPs'), from kick-off meeting to pitch preparation
Main responsibilities :
- Ensure consultant databases are maintained with accurate and current quantitative and qualitative information, in close collaboration with a third-party provider that supports this task
- Coordinate resources andpile information across thepany to answer consultant requests, DDQs and RFPs (follow RFP processby defining timeframe, identifying sources of information, highlighting critical items)
- Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders / subject matter experts within AXA IM (sales managers, portfolio managers, product specialists, etc.
to gather all relevant inputs and to challenge investment solutions to deliver clear financial proposals
- Structure DDQs and RFPs with a marketing approach to promote AXA IM'spetitive advantages
- Maintain standard content in the RFP tool
- Contribute to transversal projects as needed
Your Profile

Education / Qualifications
Degree in Finance or Management / Business
Experience
- Prior experience working in the financial industry is a plus (RFP, sales, marketing,munications, investment management)
- Excellent level of English, French or other additional language is a plus
Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent writing skills : enjoys writing and transforming technical descriptions into marketing documents, easy to read for non-specialists,
with a strong emphasis on key selling points
- Strong analytical skills and products knowledge
- ability to understand and describe investment processes and financial solutions in detail
- client focused
- ability to challenge experts (Sales, Investment Specialists, etc.)
- Good project management skills
