Associate Director - Quantity Surveyor

As Associate Director you will oversee teams delivering quantity surveying services while continuing to undertake complex surveyor duties across all project stages.
They are looking for an ambitious and commercially-astute surveyor with the following :
Post-chartered experience in a reputable consultancy
Proven business development abilities - comfortable networking with and presenting to senior stakeholders
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing multidisciplinary teams
Expert knowledge of quantity surveying best practices, technologies and compliance
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent field
