Aspire People are looking for Higher Level Teaching assistants (HLTA) / unqualified teachers in the Newark and Nottingham area!
Are you an experienced teaching assistant looking for a new opportunity? We are currently recruiting for people just like you to join us, working within primary schools in the Newark and Nottingham area.
Position : Temporary, part time and full time teaching assistants
Location : Primary schools in Newark and Nottingham
Experience : Must have UK based experience working with children in an education setting.
Qualified / experience as a HLTA / unqualified teacher
Availability : Flexible day to day working, possibility of regular full and part time work
What does the role involve?

This position allows you to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
You might be :
- Assisting teachers with the planning and delivering of lessons, some roles include a focus on students with SEMH and SEND
- Providing one-to-one support to students that require a little bit of extra help
- Individualized learning : Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
- Creating a positive environment for young learners to thrive in!
Who are we looking for?
We are searching for experienced / qualified HLTA's (higher level teaching assistants) or unqualified teachers with a history of supporting primary students within the UK.
You must be able to work effectively within a team and independently,
and have a passion for working with and enhancing the learning of young people.
