Location : Primary School in Erith
Salary : £85 - £110 per day
Are you a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in a vibrant primary school setting?
We are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team at a well-respected primary school in Erith. This is an exciting opportunity to support young learners in their educational journey and contribute to their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and activities.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support children with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt activities to meet their individual needs.
- Prepare learning materials and resources as required.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
- Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
Requirements :
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the primary school curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.
- Flexible, adaptable, and patient.
