The role :
Opportunity for an ambitious Planning NQ, including September qualifiers, who is looking to join a high-performing team in Exeter.
This top-quality team assists with planning matters for clients including national and regional house builders, commercial developers, government bodies, planning authorities, private sector companies and landed estates.
The work on offer for this NQ will be extremely varied ranging from straightforward planning issues, negotiation of complex development agreements, planning inquiries and wider environmental, commercial and regulatory matters.
The Partners will give you a high level of exposure from the outset and an advantageous platform to build your career in the Planning industry.
The ideal candidate :
- Planning NQ, including 2023 qualifiers
