Our client, a leading firm of chartered accountants based in Reading, is renowned for delivering high-quality accounting and tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients.
The firm prides itself on its professional excellence, innovative solutions, and commitment to client satisfaction. They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Private Client Tax Director to join their thriving team.
As a Private Client Tax Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing the firm's private client tax services.
This is a senior leadership position, with a route to Partnership, where you will oversee a dedicated team, manage key client relationships, and provide strategic tax planning and advisory services.
Your expertise will contribute to the firm's growth and reputation in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Management and Advisory :
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, families, and trusts.Provide comprehensive tax planning, compliance, and advisory services tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
Develop and implement innovative tax strategies to optimize clients' tax positions.
Team Leadership and Development :
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Conduct regular performance reviews and support continuous professional development within the team.
Business Development :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing networks and developing new relationships.Participate in marketing and networking activities to promote the firm’s private client tax services.
Technical Excellence and Compliance :
Stay abreast of the latest tax legislation, regulations, and industry trends to ensure the firm's services are compliant and cutting-edge.
Provide technical guidance and support to the team on complex tax issues.
Strategic Contribution :
Contribute to the firm's strategic planning and business development initiatives.Collaborate with other directors and partners to achieve the firm's overall objectives.
