Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented salesperson to join our team on a full time basis!
You will play a crucial role in helping us grow our UK customer base by signing up new customers to our weekly fresh pasta subscription service.
Face to face sales has always been a huge part of Nonna Tonda and our amazing sales team play an integral part in contributing to the success and growth of the company.
Our sales are brought in from nationwide events, door to door sales, pop ups and canvassing opportunities around London.
This is LONDON BASED role only.
A bit about us :
Think Hello fresh but way simpler! We deliver delicious fresh pasta and homemade sauces inspired by the amazing regional dishes of Italy.
Made each morning, our pasta is the freshest around. Each box includes a different authentic pasta, a delicious homemade sauce and a garnish that can be prepared and ready from door to dish in under 5 minutes!
A bit more about the role :
Shifts : Wednesday - Sunday
- Your shift pattern will be from Wednesday - Sunday. The success of this job is dependent on maximising conversations with the general public so weekend availability is crucial.
- Times will vary depending on location and can be anywhere between 5-8 hours.
- You will be required to be mobile and adaptable in this role, working a variety of shift types. There will be a mix of sales opportunities including events, pop ups, office spaces and door to door sales.
Pay : Competitive
The pay is excellent with an OTE of 35 - 40k. Uncapped commission and inclusive of a competitive base salary.
Other Responsibilities : Team Leader
Even though your main focus will be about making sales and generating new leads, you may be asked to step in as a team leader.
These responsibilities include : planning, setting up and managing sales shifts as well as encouraging and motivating a small team.
