Job Description
- Collaborate closely with multiple Relationship Managers to support high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client relationships.
- Serve as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Assist in delivering tailored services and offerings to clients, ensuring high standards of service.
- Execute complex transactions, including account openings and lifecycle management tasks such as KYC, ongoing due diligence, and client reviews.
- Initiate payments and transfers of assets, and place trades on behalf of clients.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Assistant Relationship Manager candidate should possess a strong educational background, excellent computer skills (especially in Microsoft Excel and Word), and superior communication and client service skills.
The candidate should be a reliable team player with high professional ethics, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong drive to work in a high-performance, target-driven environment.
They must also maintain high levels of personal integrity and compliance with internal and external regulatory policies.
