Daniel Owen agency are currently looking for Rail Estimators based in Hatfield. Ideal candidates must have previous experience as a Rail Estimator to be successful.
Requirements :
- MUST have Degree / HNC qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying or similar.
- Must have 10 years experience in the required field.
- Must be willing to travel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyse current market prices and conditions to benchmark our solutions, reducing risk and enhancing success.
- Interact with clients to grasp their needs, address inquiries, instill confidence in our approach, and ensure clarity on our submissions.
- Create concise summary documents for governance review.
- Adhere to Milestone Infrastructure policies and procedures.
- Facilitate formal project handover to commercial and operational teams.
