A highly regarded independent girls' school in Ealing seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (TA) to join its vibrant team.

What You'll Do :
- Provide vital support to teachers across various year groups,
assisting with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery.
- Work closely with students, both individually and in small groups, to reinforce learning and address specific needs.
- Implement a variety of teaching strategies and resources to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity and promotes personal growth.
- Assist with marking, assessment, and record-keeping to support student progress monitoring.
- Play a role in maintaining a well-organized and stimulating classroom environment.

- Possesses a relevant qualification in education, childhood studies, or a demonstrably strong academic background (desirable).
