Projects
- Infrastructure - Including Trunk Mains, Distribution Mains, and strategic connections.
- Non-Infrastructure - Involving production site civil works and structural modifications.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Leadership :
- Direct and manage projects from initiation through to successful completion.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams.
- Ensure compliance with schedules, budgetary limitations, and quality standards.
Client Engagement :
- Establish and maintain robust client relationships through effective communication and management.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Work synergistically with multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, structural engineers, and environmental specialists.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Quality Assurance :
- Implement stringent quality control processes to maintain the integrity of engineering designs.
- Evaluate project deliverables to ensure adherence to the highest standards.
Innovation :
- Stay abreast of industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to pioneering engineering solutions and sustainable practices.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, demonstrating a successful track record in project delivery.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with a recognized institution, such as the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and advanced structural analysis tools.
Skills :
- Comprehensive knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and materials.
- Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
