In this exciting role, you'll :

- Build a Thriving Drama Program : Collaborate with colleagues to develop a rich and diverse curriculum that caters to a variety of interests and abilities.
- Embrace Innovation : Incorporate technology into your lessons, create opportunities for student-led productions, and stay current with the latest trends in drama education.
- Fuel a Passion for Performance : Prepare students for both internal and external performances, fostering teamwork and stage presence.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Boasts a strong academic background in Drama or Theatre Arts and a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Possesses a minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience at the secondary level (preferred).
- Demonstrates a creative and engaging teaching style that incorporates a variety of approaches,
from traditional acting exercises to improvisation games and movement exploration.
- Maintains a positive and encouraging classroom environment where all students feel comfortable taking risks, embracing their creativity, and exploring their dramatic potential.
- Holds a passion for theatre and a commitment to fostering a lifelong love for the performing arts in students.
