Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Lead and develop office staff, promoting a positive and efficient work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and school policies.
- Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies to support the school's mission.
What We're Looking For :
- Proven experience in a business management role, ideally within an educational setting.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for contributing to the development and success of an SEN environment.
