Our client, a global commodity trading company, are in search of a skilled Business Analyst to assist with a pivotal Back Office integration project, focusing on implementing Arcadia Cloud Margin. The position will be responsible for system integration and the eventual retirement of existing platforms. Candidates should possess strong expertise in back office functions, with a focus on collateral and margin processes.

What you’ll do:

- Oversee the integration of Arcadia Cloud Margin with current systems,





ensuring the transition is smooth and minimises disruption to back office workflows.
- Coordinate the shutdown of legacy systems following the successful integration.
- Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, managing processes related to margin and collateral, with an emphasis on cash collateral.
- Work closely with back office personnel and traders to streamline operations and ensure alignment with internal regulations.

Skills and Experience:

- In-depth understanding of back office operations, particularly in collateral and margin management.
- Experience with systems that manage cash collateral is required.
- Exposure to metals or energy markets is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Proven ability to lead system integration and decommissioning projects.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
