The Role :
This is a stand out opportunity for a Property Litigation Associate to join this top 25 law firm in London.
Within this role you will be dealing with a full range of landlord and tenant asset management matters including lease renewals (contested and uncontested), rent reviews, dilapidation claims, forfeiture and possession of actions.
While working closely with clients focusing on advising them on addressing risks, increasingly, on crisis management.
The Ideal Candidate :
- A qualified solicitor with 2-4 years of PQE.
- You will have good organisational skills.
- You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
