- ements;Assist with drafting client and non-client materials, including presentations, reports, policies, and pro
- posals;Research, follow trends, benchmark, analyse governance practices, frameworks and organis
- ations;Contribute to the development of the firm’s corporate governance knowledge and

tools.
To succeed in this role, you wil

- l have:
A Master’s degree (or equivalent professional experience), evidencing strong performance in Finance, Organisation and Business Management, Economics, Science or Law.





Studies related to governance and sustainability are desirable. Initial work experience in the field of consulting as
- well as:A genuine interest in corporate governance, organisational design, environmental and socia
- l issues;Proven team and project management a
- bilities;Solid capacity for analytical and conceptual
- thinking;Research acumen and advanced skills in collecting and analys
- ing data;Ability to pay attention to
- details;Excellent communication, drafting and presentatio
- n skills;A true team spirit and a curious
- mindset.Impeccable written and spoken English and Russian are e
