A global relocation management company is seeking a Senior Director, Global Relocation Services to lead the operational management of client service and service delivery teams across the UK and Europe.
This role focuses on delivering high-quality global mobility, relocation, household goods moving, and destination services. The Senior Director will report to the Vice President and play a key role in driving operational excellence, team integration, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the global relocation client services operation across the UK and Europe, ensuring efficient processes and service strategies for global mobility, relocation, and destination services.
- Develop and implement a unified operational model to drive consistency across all relocation and household goods moving services.
- Innovate and enhance services to elevate the client and assignee experience, aligning service delivery with client-specific needs and expectations.
- Build and foster high-performing teams through effective leadership, coaching, and development, ensuring excellence in global mobility and relocation service delivery.
- Create and implement training programmes for relocation services, including destination services and move management.
- Monitor and improve operational processes, addressing issues and optimising service delivery.
- Review client satisfaction surveys and performance metrics to inform decision-making and enhance service quality.
- Serve as a senior point of escalation for resolving service-related issues and customer complaints.
- Collaborate with global teams and business leaders to align regional operations with global priorities and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures,
mitigating risks and ensuring regulatory adherence.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in global mobility, relocation, and household goods moving services.
- Sound understanding of service delivery within a Relocation Management Company.
- Year of experience working within corporate client services in the global mobility sector.
- Proven track record in managing client service teams and driving operational success.
- Natural ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and experience managing budgets.
