Nursery Room Manager - Full Time - East Dulwich, SE22 - £31,335 per annum + sector leading benefits

If you’re currently or have previously been a Room Manager, sometimes known as Room Leader, we have the chance for you to join our Gumboots Nursery.
Ofsted-rated Good, Gumboots Nursery and Pre-School provides Early Years Education and Care to children from birth to 5 years old.
You can find us in East Dulwich at 171-173 Crystal Palace Rd, SE22 9EP, close to East and North Dulwich stations, with lots off free off street parking.
We are a spacious nursery with separate rooms and gardens for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. Our children enjoy a varied and stimulating curriculum from baking sessions with our Chef to Zumba classes, gardening and trips out within the local community.

What we look for in our Room Managers
Each nursery shares LEYF's unique teaching model but you will have the freedom to be creative to suit how the children learn best.
You’ll be planning and creating engaging activities, building parent relationships and maintaining best practice amongst your team.
You’ll ensure observations are thorough and to our high standard, with quality Early Years Education as your top priority.

You'll hold a Level 3 or above childcare qualification that is full and relevant for the Early Years sector to count in legal EY ratios,
as well as have some previous experience as a Room Leader or Room Manager in another Early Years nursery setting.
You’ll also need to hold the right to work in the UK to join us.
