Our client, a well-established name in the automotive industry, is currently seeking experienced Vehicle Technicians to join their team at the Ford Orpington dealership, which is undergoing a state-of-the-art refurbishment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, cutting-edge Commercial Vehicle workshop.
Our client offers a competitive salary between £32,000-£45,800, depending on skills and experience. As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll work 40 hours per week, with Saturdays on a rota paid as overtime. There is also an additional performance bonus opportunity to further enhance your earnings.
On top of the competitive salary, our client is offering a generous sign-on bonus of £2,000 upon joining,
with an additional £1,000 at the 13-month mark of your employment.
Technicians across all levels are welcome, and salary packages are based on experience and qualifications. For reference, some packages include:
- Service and Maintenance Technician salaries starting from £35,000
- Service and Diagnostic Technician salaries up to £38,600
- Senior Technician salaries up to £41,000
- Master Technician salaries up to £45,800
To be considered for this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
- A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
- Recent experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Your own set of tools
- A full UK driving license
