You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the chance to work on real projects that make an impact.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will:
- Assist in setting up and maintaining cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
- Provide IT support to HRA employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Learn to automate processes using tools across the Microsoft 365 suites.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and apply fixes with guidance from senior engineers.
- Help implement security measures and ensure data safety.
- Collaborate with the Technical Services Team on tasks like network management, backups, and system upgrades.
- Participate in team projects and contribute to the development of technical solutions.
- Provide admin support for the Technical Design Authority
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, cloud technologies, and best practices.

This includes a major programme to build new systems, and to achieve the successful migration and eventual closure of current systems.
The HRA Digital team is a collaborative, supportive team consisting of HRA employees, secondees, contractors and vendors.
