Full job description
The Sales Manager Representative is a significant driver of our company revenue and growth in Bulgaria.
You will build the right relationships, know how to use your resources and individual skills to the fullest, and negotiate and introduce new businesses.
As the medical industry is growing rapidly, we are looking for a potential candidate who can bring valuable experience in medical sales and enthusiasm to achieve the yearly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop sales strategy and proactively look for potential customers.
Prepare reports for meetings, presentations,
forecasting, budgeting, sales analysis, and strategic planning activities.
Delivers accurate operational planning and forecasting to satisfy customer needs and optimize the internal operation.
Develops customer base, prospects the market, and identifies potential customers and partners.
Organizes presentations to clients and partners.
Visits customers, establish long-term relations, provides after-sales services.
Negotiates contracts and follows the realization of the contracts.
Collects information about market trends, local suppliers, and regional customers activities.
Attends exhibitions and suppliers’ sites when it is appropriate to support the development of sales.
Requirements and Qualifications:
1.Bulgarian native speaker.
2.University degree or above majored in medical science, management & marketing, and other related fields.
3.Minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical devices industry in a sales-related position.
4.Driving license.
5.Excellent written and spoken English, skills in other foreign languages would be plus.
6.The capability of market analysis, marketing, promotion, and experience in the sales of medical devices disposables is preferred.
7.Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
8.Available for frequent business trips.
9.Willing to dedicate to the healthcare business and improve people's life.
