The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring a high level of customer service, and supporting the General Manager in driving the business forward.
What You'll Be Doing:Supporting the
General Manager in the daily running of the venue
Managing a dedicated team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
Assisting with staff training, development, and performance management
Ensuring that all health and safety, food hygiene, and compliance standards are maintained
Overseeing stock management, ordering, and supplier relationships
Helping drive sales and customer engagement, with a strong focus on quality and customer experience
What We're Looking For:Previous management experience in a high-volume, food-led venueA passion for craft beer, fresh food, and delivering outstanding service
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, positive attitude
Experience managing teams in a busy environment and motivating them to perform at their best
Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressureA keen eye for detail and a focus on maintaining the highest standards
