You'll Do: Manage the operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards. Lead, train, and inspire a team of culinary and bar professionals.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative menus that reflect local flavors. What We're Looking
For: Proven experience in a managerial role within a high-end restaurant or bar.
Strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
