We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in promoting Ellen Kensington Hotel as a must-visit destination for both local and international guests. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth across all areas of the hotel, including Rooms, Events, Food & Beverage, and other services.

Key Responsibilities:Strategize and Drive Revenue: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue streams, focusing on Group, Corporate, and Leisure business. Campaign Management: Coordinate all marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, PR, and other channels, to build the hotel's brand and drive consumer engagement. Build and Develop Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agents, and stakeholders, including tourism boards and local businesses.

Revenue Optimization: Identify revenue opportunities across Rooms, Event Spaces, and F&B; operations by analysing competitive data and market demand.





Promotional Opportunities: Actively seek out new promotional opportunities, including events, trade shows, showcases, and online activities, to enhance the hotel's visibility and reach.

Sales and Marketing Planning: Assist in the creation and implementation of an effective Sales and Marketing Plan that increases brand awareness and delivers a solid return on investment. Digital Presence: Collaborate with the Head Office digital team to build the hotel's digital footprint through websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Market Positioning: Ensure the hotel brand is well-positioned in the market as a preferred choice for target audiences.

For:Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or equivalent experience. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar managerial position within the hospitality sector preferably in a 5-star hotel environment. Skills and Competencies:Proven track record of delivering strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Commercially aware, target-driven, and highly motivated. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation. A creative thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities and generate innovative ideas. What
