Job DescriptionPosition purpose:Responsible for managing, direct, and coordinate all functions of Housekeeping and Laundry. To maintain impeccable levels of cleanliness and upkeep by working together with outsource company. To ensure cost controls are in place.
Make certain the required Hilton Brand Standards are achieved. Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the operation of the housekeeping and laundry department.
Provide strong support to Executive Housekeeper and is readily accessible to housekeeping team.
Support and train staff that continually strives for excellence in service and cleanliness. Respond to and follow through on guest requests, concerns, and problems. Maintain or exceed standards of cleanliness and a consistently positive guest experience
Ensure that housekeeping cost is in line with budget

Proven experience/education level
