We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team and support the Executive Head Chef in the day-to-day management of our kitchen. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between Monday and Sunday, depending on business needs. Key Responsibilities:Assisting the Executive Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations
Preparing and cooking from a Continental Menu with grill experience
Training and developing junior kitchen team members
Managing stock and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and taking pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences
Requirements:Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a professional kitchen, ideally in a hotel environment
Passion for cooking, with the ability to work under pressure and strong organisational skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations and food hygiene standardsA positive attitude and team player with excellent leadership skills
Ability to carry out manual tasks and ensure customer care at the highest level
