Job Title: Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner – CYP Crisis Response TeamTripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join the CYP Crisis Response Team. This is a full-time role working across a 24/7 rota. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide urgent mental health support for children and young people in crisis, conducting assessments and formulating care plans.
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure timely intervention and effective management of mental health crises. Ensure comprehensive care is provided, liaising with external agencies, families, and carers as required. Contribute to the ongoing assessment and review of care to meet the needs of service users in crisis.
Position Details:Location: Knowsley, MerseysideWork Pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (working across a 24/7 rota)Contract Duration: ASAP – 14/01/2025Rates:Day Rate: £25.74 per hour
Night/Saturday Rate: £33.46 per hour
Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: £41.19 per hour
Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:Experience in mental health crisis management for children and young people (CYP)Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team and across a 24/7 rota
