The key role for you as our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will lead by example showing the rest of the team how to give our guests a memorable experience.

We are looking for our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, who:Assists in managing day-to-day operations of the breakfast, M&E;, restaurant, bar, and room service
Ensures smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
Monitors inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
Handles guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly
Upholds health, safety, and sanitation standards
Assists with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets
