As Associate Director, Product Specialist you will play a key role within the Product Development team.
Your Responsibilities
- Be responsible for positioning and marketability of real estate products to ensure sales success
- Support business development and drive new capital raising initiatives in collaboration with expert teams, capitalizing on market trends and investor demand. Ensure PATRIZIAs market leadership
- Be partner in product developments of new real estate products (e.g. funds,
mandates, co-investments, JVs etc.) – incl. identifying the relevant investment thesis, conducting proforma business modelling and building a solid understanding of our investment track record
- Support the development and continuous evolvement of marketing materials and thought leadership content to best position products and services in global marketing
- Deliver real estate intelligence to investment teams and leadership, aiding in decision making and product alignment
- Conduct competitor analyses, monitor the competitive landscape as well as investor trends/requirements and translate to product improvements and new client led opportunities
- Champion existing and new investment solutions with respect to strategy, structuring, financing, fees and performance to maintain competitive advantage
- Position PATRIZIAs differentiating real estate capabilities with prospects, existing investors, consultants and other partners
What we look for
- Minimum of 5-10 years of work experience in the Financial Services industry, ideally experience in raising capital for real estate investment products and services
- In-depth real estate experience across sectors and risk profiles
- Track record in developing, implementing and scaling products globally (demonstration of product success)
- Experienced in working in collaborative, culturally divers environments and in leading large international teams virtually/in person
- Is aligned to PATRIZIAs values/EDI and leadership expectations, matches culturally
- High standard of professionalism and integrity
- Very structured, ability to navigate complexity and multiple high priority initiatives to meet challenging timelines
- Strong strategic and problem-solving skills, creative and conceptual strength
- Fluent in English, additional language such as German is desirable
- Is positioned and keen to expand expertise and capabilities with further corporate growth
