Role Summary
To coordinate an extended version of the PASS program to be rolled out for financial accounting modules in the 24/25 academic year.
Main Duties
1.
Assist module leader with the identification of students who require referral to the PASS programme.
2. Coordinate with PASS leaders with respect to the running of the programme. This will include:
1. Playing a supervisory role to oversee the PASS leaders.
2. Creation of learning materials for delivery during the PASS sessions, as and when required.
3. Promoting PASS sessions to students.
- Coordinate and analyse attendance data received from the program.
- Collate feedback from PASS leaders and students.
- Regular communication with module leader and support staff.
Person Specification
1. Excellent organisational skills.
2. Able to lead a small team.
3. Good communication skills (PASS Programme Supervisor will be required to communicate in verbal and written form with academics, support staff and students).

Familiar with data functions in Excel (such as data sorting, vlookups, text to columns).
Hours
A description of the hours you will work is below, you may be asked to work additional/different hours in agreement with your line manager. We are looking to extend this position into Semester 2 after the mandatory 6 week break from the position.
Semester 1, Identification of students for referral to PASS (approx. 5 hours).
Weeks 6, 8 and 10: attend PASS drop-in sessions (1 hour per week, total 3 hours).
