Description

Head of Corporate Partnerships.

Salary: c£60,000 per annum. (depending on experience).

Location: Remote with travel to London regularly.

Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week.

A bit about the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader in corporate fundraising to join our innovative, strategic, and ambitious Fundraising Team at a time when we are investing in growth. You will drive and deliver an ambitious corporate partnership strategy that aligns with our organisational goals and delivers significant income (£5m+) across current and new partnerships, substantial brand visibility, relevant pro-bono support and, more safe and happy childhoods across Action for Children.

How you'll help to create brighter futures

- Developing and leading the delivery of a corporate partnership strategy that delivers transformational results across income and brand reach.






- Leading a high-performing and tenacious team across Regional Corporate, National Partnership Management, National Partnership Development and Sponsorship.
- Leading the team to construct aspirational prospecting, growth, and stewardship plans.
- Leading the team to create and execute stand-out, sector-leading proposals and pitches.
- Leading the team to develop purposeful, ambitious operational plans that are aligned to the charity's priorities.
- Driving the stewardship of key stakeholders across current and prospective partnerships to drive engagement, loyalty and maximise value.

- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing Corporate Partnership teams to deliver significant income (£5m+) across varied portfolios.






- Ambitious, enthusiastic leader delivering transformational performance across income and brand visibility.
- Tenacious, innovative and solutions-focused approach to collaborative working.
- Passionate about new business and thrive on the buzz of securing new partnerships.
- Proven experience of building long-term effective relationships with senior-level influential stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship skills with gravitas to influence at a senior level with a persuasive approach.
