We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic and caring Learning Support Assistant to join our Year R team at Southsea Infant School.
You need to enjoy working with children, be resilient and able to positively support our amazing pupils. You must be flexible,
adaptable and able to work in partnership with class teachers and senior leaders in order to provide a safe, secure and happy learning environment, in which all pupils, including those with complex needs, can succeed.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and nurturing individual who is committed to ensuring that all pupils are supported to enjoy learning and to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working with children, in an early years or school setting.
- Be committed to supporting children's learning and development.
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Be able to use their own initiative as well as work effectively as part of a team
- Have good Maths and English skills (GCSE grade C or above)
- Have successfully completed NVQ level 3 Supporting teaching and learning in schools, or a similar qualification.
