What you'll do
You will develop a deep understanding of the business and clients' objectives to create and evaluate outstanding data-led campaigns across the Nectar360 Media Services toolkit. You will build relationships with clients and key stakeholders, identifying revenue opportunities and recommending optimal bespoke Nectar360 solutions aligned with client segmentations. Your responsibilities will also include presenting campaign strategies to clients, managing projects, representing the Planning team in business change projects or with internal Sainsbury's teams, and establishing regular communication platforms within the internal "virtual team." Additionally,
you will be involved in mentoring junior team members to support their development and staying updated on industry trends and competitive threats to continuously improve services and capabilities. Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills, along with a customer-centric mindset and experience in loyalty or CRM, will be essential for success in this role.

With a deep knowledge of the Nectar360 business, as well as clients' businesses, you have the ability to champion the customer and recommend innovative solutions that align with strategic brand and account objectives. Through your strong project management skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities,
you deliver customer-centric projects that leverage data insights to drive commercially advantageous campaigns. Furthermore, your exceptional communication and presentation skills allow you to build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, influencing them with your recommendations and gaining their trust. Your passion for staying up to date with industry trends and your focus on digital, personalisation, and data-led capabilities contribute to continuous improvement and growth in our services to clients.
