Reward Manager (FTC) - The role:

As one of our Reward Managers, you will manage and evolve the firm's reward programmes, providing expert solutions for complex reward challenges. While the role is primarily UK-focused, it may also include supporting our international offices on an ad hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reward Expertise:

- Act as the go-to resource for reward policy.
- Provide advice and guidance to HR colleagues and the firm, establishing yourself as a ‘centre of expertise’.

- Annual Review Management:

- Lead the operational delivery of the annual salary and bonus review process.
- Collaborate across HR and Finance teams to ensure flawless execution.

- Market Benchmarking Analysis:







- Conduct and manage external market benchmarking processes.
- Offer insight and guidance on pay levels in partnership with the Recruitment team.

- Pay Gap Reporting:

- Lead the annual pay gap reporting in collaboration with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team.
- Frame findings within the firm’s diversity strategy.

- Benefit Management and Innovation:

- Oversee and continuously improve the portfolio of the firm’s benefits.
- Stay responsive to employee needs and market trends, driving the renewal process and vendor partnerships.

- Reward Enhancement:

- Innovate and implement reward and benefits initiatives aligning with the firm’s goals and market dynamics.
