The opportunity to join an EXCELLENT FinTech recruitment firm who are approaching their SCALE-UP period has become available with the chance to earn over £60k in one year!
The Company Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Working across the FinTech space, you will have the chance to develop your industry knowledge, built through client relationships and an excellent training programme. You will work with international banks, big brand names, and boutique financial institutions.
You will receive 1-1 coaching from the director of the business, as well as attend a 6-week training programme built and developed from a team of proven recruitment experts. This will give you all of the tools needed to be successful in your career,
and built up an excellent client base, and be well on your way to earn over £60k in your first year.
With a huge emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, you will work together to achieve both your individual and team targets. With any areas you are struggling in, there will be a group effort to help adjust your methods and help you be the best you can be.
The Benefits Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Starting salary of £28k, with an increase after each promotion
- Incredible earning potential in your first year of £60k, due to the excellent commission structure rising to 50%
- 6-week training and induction programme inclusive of classroom sessions and on the job learning

The Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development
- Keeping up to date with hiring criteria through client meetings
- Sourcing top candidates through headhunting, advertising, and networking
- Interview candidates and pairing them with suitable job opportunities
- Managing the application process and liaising with clients and candidates
- Closing deals and earning yourself commission
- Working towards your revenue targets (individual and team)
- Building your network both on LinkedIn and on the company database
The Ideal Candidate Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated OR a background in B2B sales
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ambitious to grow a successful career for yourself
- Financial drive and want to earn over a basic salary
- Positive mindset and willingness to go the extra mile
