The Company Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Our client is working within the commodity trading space. They place unique trading and sales professionals, meaning that they can bill fees as high as 90k+. This on top of an exceptional commission structure of 50% with no threshold, you could be maximizing your earning potential very easily.

The Incentives Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27k base salary with a 50% commission structure with no threshold
- WFH 1-2 days a week

The Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building long lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Negotiating deals, contracts and commission structures
- Sourcing and screening your candidate
- Guiding them through the interview process, giving the tips and prep calls
The Ideal Candidate Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated OR sales experience
- Socially intelligent
- Charismatic
- Confident individual
- Good people skills
