As part of a programme of continued investment and expansion of the Excel London campus, ExCel London Hospitality is opening a brand new street food dining destination. The Waterfront Street Kitchen and Bar will offer a fresh and modern street food dining experience. Overall Purpose of the role: As the Chef de Partie of Waterfront Street Kitchen and Bar,





you will prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards in a clean and pleasant environment.

To deputise for the Sous Chef in their absence. You will work in a dynamic kitchen, collaborating with a dedicated team of culinary professionals. Hours of work will be determined by the needs of the business and subject to the
