Job Title: Senior Product Manager – resilienceOS (B2B SaaS Platform)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager with experience in data-driven SaaS platforms, GIS products and / or AI-driven solutions to lead the development of innovative features that solve real-world problems. Key Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership: Own and drive the product roadmap, defining the vision and strategy for how reslienceOS can adapt to the way our customers want to operate.
- Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and prioritise product improvements and greenfield innovations that add value to their operations.
- User Experience Excellence: Translate complex user challenges into intuitive solutions that improve user experience, solve their problems and exceed their expectations. Work closely with the UX/UI team to ensure the platform is not only powerful but designed beautifully and easy to use.
- Data-Centric Product Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-first products that aggregate and visualise data from multiple sources, providing users with actionable insights to manage risk and respond to crises.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to prioritise features and ensure alignment between customer needs, business goals, and development efforts.
- Agile Leadership: Lead Agile processes, managing backlogs, PRD’s, epics, and user stories while coordinating with distributed teams. Ensure that product requirements are well-documented and understood by engineering teams.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to plan and execute product launches, drive user adoption, and ensure commercial success.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data to inform product decisions, track KPIs, and continuously improve the platform’s performance and user satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally working with data-driven, GIS, or B2B SaaS products.
- Recent experience in emergency management, mass notification, threat intelligence, or related fields.
- An entrepreneurial approach to work, excellent organisational and decision-making skills with minimal direction, and high attention to detail.
- A passion for developing mission-critical SaaS products that deliver significant business value and drive successful outcomes for customers.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning,
or AI-powered features and their applications in data aggregation and decision-making would be a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with experience in backlog management, writing PRDs and user stories, and prioritising features for development teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate product vision, collaborate with stakeholders, and present to executive leadership.
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to deeply understand user needs and deliver solutions that address them.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on using data to inform decisions.
Bonus Points For:
- Knowledge of risk management, crisis response, emergency response or related industries is a plus.
- Experience working with GIS platforms or geospatial data.
- Familiarity with API integrations and how to connect multiple data sources into a unified platform.
